New Liquid Silicone Rubber Diaphragm:
Emitter diaphragms are injection molded
from Liquid Silicone Rubber. This process
maintains strict quality control over material
composition, tolerances, and diaphragm
elasticity, which will ensure true pressure
compensation, uniform water application, and
long-lasting, high-quality emitters.
The main
benefits to the Irrigation Designer are that
these diaphragms remain flexible, will not
harden over time, and will continue to work
according to the catalog specification.

The
QuadraBubbler® is our
original four-outlet, pressure compensating,
low-flow irrigation
device. Available in four colorcoded
models, with GPH flow
ranging between 2, 6, 10 and 20,
per outlet. It uses a 3/4” MPT
inlet thread base. The diaphragm
is injection-molded from liquid silicone
rubber, which provides
pressure compensation and uniform
water application. The
QuadraBubbler® is ideal for converting
sprinkler systems to low
flow because it is designed to apply the
amount of water the plants need during the
time the sprinkler zone operates.
Primary
Application: Designed for tree, shrub, flower and ground
cover planting beds. Also, this bubbler is designed to replace
sprayhead
zones.
Water
is applied in the right quantity where you need it without
waste.
The
pressure compensating diaphragm will deliver controlled distribution
of water across a wide pressure range from 20 PSI to 60 PSI.
Four
color-coded models available to identify outlet flow rates.
Blue: 2 GPH; Black: 4 GPH; Red: 10 GPH; Green: 20 GPH. Flow
rates are per outlet.
Each
bubbler has 4 outlet ports; each outlet will deliver the
flow rate
as stated; total flow equals the stated flow times 4 outlets.
Uses
.170 I.D. tubing. PE QuadraBubbler® tubing is recommended.
Clamp plates included.
Requires
a 150-mesh screen filter.
The
QuadraBubbler® has a 3/4” MPT inlet base for
connection to the
lateral line.
QuadraBubblers® can
be added to a turf spray zone for planting beds
without affecting the zone timing.
Constructed
of UV sunlight-resistant, chemical-resistant, non-corrosive
material.
