New Liquid Silicone Rubber
Diagraphm:
Emitter diaphragms are injection
molded from
Liquid Silicone Rubber. This process maintains
strict quality control over material composition,
tolerances, and diaphragm elasticity, which will
ensure true pressure compensation, uniform
water application, and long-lasting, high-quality
emitters. The main benefits to the Irrigation
Designer are that these diaphragms remain
flexible, will not harden over time, and will continue
to work exactly according to the catalog
specification.

Our
QB2® Bubbler is available in
four color-coded models, with flow ranges of 2, 6, 10, and 20
GPH per
outlet and uses a 1/2” FPT inlet
thread base. The QB2® diaphragm
is injection molded from liquid silicone
rubber, which provides pressure
compensation and uniform
water application. The QB2®
Bubbler has 4 horizontal outlets for
easy installation of distrubution tubing.
The QB2® is ideal for converting
existing sprinkler systems to
efficient low flow systems. It is
designed to apply the desired
amount of water directly to the
plants during the time the sprinkler
zone operates.
Primary
Application: Designed for tree, shrub, flower and
ground cover planting beds. This bubbler can be placed on
spray-head zones and matches sprinkler zone timing.
Water
is applied in the right quantity where you need it without
waste.
The
Pressure Compensating Diaphragm will deliver relatively uniform
distribution of water across a wide pressure range from
20 PSI to 60 PSI.
Available
in 4 color-coded models. Blue: 2 GPH, Black: 6 GPH,
Red: 10 GPH, Green: 20 GPH. (All flows are per outlet)
Each
bubbler has 4 outlets ports; each will deliver the flow rate
as
stated; total flow equals the stated flow times 4 outlets.
Uses
Vinyl or PE tubing, which must be secured by clamp plates
that are included with the bubbler.
Bubbler
has a 1/2” female pipe thread inlet base for
connection to
the lateral line.
150-mesh
screen filtration is recommended.
Constructed
of UV, sunlight-resistant, chemical resistant, non-currosive
material
